Consultation fee - 150$ + HST

The consultation fee may be applied to the cost of future surgical or non-surgical office procedures scheduled within 6 months of the consultation.

Consultations for reconstructive surgery are billed to the Ministry of Health. We require a physician’s referral for this type of consultation.

Payment methods accepted: credit card, certified cheque, bank draft or cash.  

A 2.5% discount is applied for non-credit card transactions (cheque/draft/cash).                                                                                                                           

HST (13%) applies regardless of payment method.
