If you would like to book an appointment to discuss cosmetic surgery we encourage you to call either the Hamilton (905 381-7093) or Burlington location (Appleby Plastic Surgery 905 315-1711). Phones are answered Monday-Friday between 830am and 4pm. You can request a consultation at either location but please note that most procedures take place at the Burlington location.
Patients seeking reconstructive surgery will require a referral from their family doctor or a walk-in clinic.
